Marston Road resurfaced several weeks ago but asphalt is still sticking to shoes

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Marston Road was resurfaced several weeks ago. However, not only was the loose grit not removed, but asphalt is still sticking to shoes, tyres and pathways even several weeks later. One pair of shoes has already been ruined. Every time I go to my car I have to walk on the road so this issue is ongoing. Please can this job be completed properly.
