Cones blocking parking

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Traffic cones have appeared overnight blocking all 5 parking spaces on this road, plus several further up the hill and several around the corner in Cote Lea. No notice as to why these are here, what works might be happening, how long for etc. This severely limits available parking and access to out property and I am a disabled blue badge holder.
