Building works obstructing Cemetery Rd

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3670868.

Building work has been taking place at no 20 Sydenham Road, for some years now. The back of the property (on Cemetery Road) has been excavated in Jan/Feb this year - since then there has been little or no progress. The fences surrounding the back of the property are increasingly obstructing Cemetery Road. Please could these fences be moved so they are flush with property borders. Note - This is the main access route to local primary school.
