  • Just getting worse . Very serious problem, a previous sinkhole was not risk assessed and root cause sinkhole investigated. The council has a statutory responsibility to do this and have failed completely Does someone need to be seriously injured or lose their life before the council responds???

  • How is bit of white paint a ‘risk assessment’ of why these sinkholes are occurring in Station rd? The situation is worsening by the day!

  • No thorough investigation, just ETM workmen providing cosmetic repair. Where is the root cause risk assessment of these recurring sinkholes? Nothing constructive from Bristol City Council in establishing the root cause This will simply happen again

  • What is this broken pipe? How long has it been broken? No evidence of any BCC officers attending. How big is the ‘hole’ this has created? Not good enough BCC

  • How is the manhole connected to this problem? No diligent investigation by Bristol City Council , as usual. Excavation also still open. What is BCC doing? Do they know?

  • It appears that the excavation surrounding the sinkhole is simply being filled in , without any risk assessment being done to establish root cause of sinkhole . Please can Bristol city council explain how this area can be considered safe for road users, without any thorough assessment and investigation into root cause. This problem will simply reoccur under present circumstances
