Builders office/ caravan

Presumably the caravan had permission to be in its original position but it has now moved approx 5meters down the road to accommodate building materials also being stored on the road. Not sure if permissions covered this move? This in turn has further impacted parking on the street as there is less space and vehicles continue to block our driveway on a daily basis despite our dropped kerb and very many (all polite) requests to move vehicles and not park across the driveway.
