There is a tree in the woodlands area at the playing fields Rodney Roadthe front of no.42 . Worried it may fall in high winds as the bottom of tree is extremley large and hollow. This shows as Woodlands area, however there is some dispute over ownership, please advise

  • I dispute the fact that there is not an issue with this tree. My mother is 80 years old, with disabilities. She has encountered near misses from rotten branches falling from the tree, which has never been maintained/controlled to our knowledge for over 30 years. I should be grateful if you could advise us of the ownership (Bristol City Council or No. 42 Rodney Road)? If an injury to life or property happens, we need to know who is responsible. A meeting with whoever comes to examine the tree would be appreciated as not sure if anyone did actually visit the location or just google earth?
