Richmond Hill Avenue, Junction with Richmond Hill.. in Clifton , Overhanging Bush and hedge at back of corner property on Gordon Road. Bushes and overgrown hedge have covered a Street Directional Sign *ONE WAY*. This sign cannot be seen due to bushes. Request to cut back bushes
