Damaged pavement
Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 18:29, Wed 13 July 2022
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
I reported a pothole to BCC in summer 2021. Earlier this year someone inspected and reported it as a water leak to Bristol water. Bristol water attended in March and dug up quite an area but couldn’t find the leak so put temp cover. In June I contacted BW who had overlooked and as I explained that the water had gone green and slimy and someone had a fall they attended and said tested water and reported to Wessex water. WW attended the same day and took lots of samples and said it wasn’t sewage and to go back to BW. I have attempted to contact BW on several occasions and they are saying it’s not them. In the meantime we have a hazardous pavement and water leaking on to the pavement constantly. I hope you are able to get this matter resolved.

This problem is still outstanding, water continuing to run and is only going to get worse as the weather gets colder and it freezes. Surely you have had time since this issue was raised to resolve the situation.
