Loose stones all over the road

Since you 'relaid' our road more than a year ago it has been covered in loose stones that you failed to clear up. It was done in May 2021 but the job was done so poorly it is unreal. It is like living on a gravel road - cars wheel spin by accident when pulling away as the surface is all loose stones and parked cars are constantly being hit by stones that kick up when cars drive past. It is a joke that roads are left like this in a UK city. Can you please arrange for the road to be swept of all the loose stones.
