Cars block pavement outside City Academy

Cars regularly block the pavement directly outside City Academy on Russell Town Avenue. Zigzags are needed here and no parking restrictions all round junctions.

  • Area would also benefit from frequent vists from the police at the end of the school day to move vehicles on that are obstructing the pavement or issue fixed penalty notices for obstruction.

  • Vehicles are still parking on the pavement here. It would potentially be useful for either double yellow lines, or bollards, to be implemented here.
