Bins set on fire, rubbish everywhere.

Bins burnt out early this week, Monday night I think, thought someone would of reported it, so it would be fixed by now, obviously not. Bins are from BS13 8JS, they are placed on Chapel road for emptying, even though they were not emptyed on the last collection date which was 6th July.
