Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I raised this back in Jan the council said they were going to send contractors out to paint the sign nothing happened and the request got shut down and marked as fixed with nothing being done, again I filled out the forms in April and again they were marked as fixed with no action being taken it would seem someone is just shutting down requests to hit their targets so on paper it looks like actions are being done!!! Please look at the original request 3259888 and give a genuine update
