2 dislodged bollards on 2 street corners

There are 2 dislodged bollards that appear as though a car has purposely rammed into them. The first one is on the corner of Chester Park Road where it meets lodge causeway and the other one is on Beechen Drive corner where it meets Lodge Causeway
