Overgrown hedge blocking the pavement

As seen on a photo. A number of hedges around the area are all the same. Could you please mail all local residents to request the hedges to be kept in line with the pavement or send someone to just cut them all? Otherwise we can keep reporting them once a week as one or another will grow back up
