Warning bollard missing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3684419.

This was knocked down in a car accident and has never been replaced. There has since been another crash when a car clipped the pavement which juts out. Please reinstall the warning bollard and look into enhanced safety measures
