Camper van has once again been left on double yellow lines, with a disabled badge in it linked to another car. Significant spaces available for it on lower clifton hill but instead it’s left on Bellevue, making delivery drivers & refuse collection hard to pass - BCC seem to have some sort of deal with this owner of this van as they do absolutely nothing about it. Please; for once, treat it like you treat every other illegally parked car.
