Change of Road name by third party

Someone used tape and paint to change the name to Coffen Drive. This is the road sign at the access point of Goffenton Drive from Gill avenue (next to the Oldbury Court pub). The issue has been there for at least 6 months now. Your website reported it as fixed, but I checked today again, on the 18th of July and the problem is exactly how it was when I reported it first several months ago.
