Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3686212.

No Recycling Bins or Blue Sacks were collected on Monday in Park Street although every other Street around was.This has happened many times before. Perhaps this particular Truck Driver cannot reverse ?
