Blocked drain or damaged drain in Hanover street. Between the Hippodrome and rears of businesses in Denmark street . It has been an on going issue that has been reported before but not addressed. The overflow is awful now and is outside one of the Theatres fire exits. Cannot be good for the businesses either dealing with the flies /rats and germs. We request that someone visits and see this urgently please. We would really appreciate this . Not sure if this is caused by a blocked or damaged drain.
