The tarmacked pavement directly outside number 30 lancashire road has melted due to hot weather forming a crate in the road it began last night and doubled in size overnight. This is a trip hazard for mothers with children and buggies, disabled people and the elderly. The crater is 8 inches away from citizens water meter and is rapidly getting closer
