Man hole cover rocking

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I've reported the issue before and ETM came out and bedded down the man hole around the cover with tarmac! Unfortunately this wasn't the problem, the man hole cover itself is rocking not the surround! Please replace the cover or install the missing pins to prevent the noise everytime a car go's over it!
