Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Recently tarmaced Charlton Road, the tar is melting in the heat and has been doing so at any prolonged temperatures over 25 degrees C. Not just getting soft, but actually liquid. This is the worst resurfacing job I’ve seen in 30 years of driving, clearly something was not right with the tar mix used. In this heat, I’d hate to think of the burns this might cause if it splashed a passing pedestrian or dog.
