Cycle path blocked

There are trailers, wheel bases and lorry cabs parked along Moorend Farm Avenue, Avonmouth, BS11, all of which are on double yellow lines. They are parked there day in day out. Cycle route 41 has been blocked by an abandoned trailer. The options to get by the trailer is to either climb over the flytipped rubbish, while carrying your bike, or to push through brambles and nettles . The rubbish has been there for weeks now and is increasing in size.
