Day 4 - council still ignoring this dumped camper van

You’d think by now the council - who are keen to ticket anybody else - would have seen to this van, on double yellows, blocking a narrow turn, for four days now, that has been reported by numerous neighbours. But nope, it’s left alone. Anyone else reading this, the council have now set a precedent so park wherever you like, block whatever turnings you like because it’s clearly ok.
