Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3696637.

Bin overflowing. Rubbish all over the park. Local Romanian families leaving rubbish everywhere. Signs up in different languages telling people not to litter in Easton?? More bins?

Railway path also a mess around the park and towards town.
