Deteriorating road surface

I am send more photographs of the road surface because this morning I got cut up by a car. Though I signalled he misinterpreted my signal. I explained that I can cycle over the round about one hand (ie. siginaling) because I have to constantly negotiate the very poor road surface. He said he couldn't feel the poor road surface in his car. I CAN feel it in my car. The road surface is a mess. Cars don't understand what I am doing and so think it's ok to drive up close and scare me in the process.

I am an experienced cyclist. This road is not safe.
