E-scooter

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3697177.

Abandeoned E-scooter, has no charge, has been here for over a week and causes problems blocking the pavement. I thought the location of the hire scooters were known by the company and should have been moved by now. The E-scooter site is useless for reporting this type of issue.
