Disabled cannot get passed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I am disabled and am unable to navigate the footpath. Crossing the road to the other side is hazardous because of parked cars and the state of unkeptness of the drainage gulley along the edge of the road. I thought footpaths must be kept useable.
