Pavement slab has sunken slightly causing trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3697687.

A pavement slab has sunken slightly making a non-obvious trip hazard on colston street outside the bristol beacon. It has been reported several times and yesterday lady fell hitting her head and incurred quite injuries
