Dangerous pothole causing multiple injuries

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3698107.
The hazardous potholes was identified as a hazard following a mum with disabled child tripping and getting multiple injuries including internal bleeding, fractures to her skull, broken elbow etc. This was originally raised in Sep 2021 and nothing was done and the case was closed. On request we are happy to provide image and video of the accident which the victim gave her permission to share with Bristol City Council.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
