Uncontrolled, unenforced pavement parking

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:41, Fri 22 July 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3698746.

Everyday people park cars along the footway here, taking advantage of an apparent ambiguity as to what this wide footpath actually means, with its white hatch. only once have I seen parking tickets put on the cars, so that hasnt discouraged people parking here. when it gets very full it completely bottlenecks the footway - unacceptable! There is not even a drop kerb but clearly there needs to be bollards to block cars mounting the footpath. cant believe the traffic wardens have passed this for so long and not done something about it!
