Continued dog poo not cleaned up

There’s a man who lives on Martock Road with three dangerous dogs. He’s already had complaints as the dogs have attacked other dogs. However every day his dogs poo on the Marksbury Road open space and he never cleans it up. It’s ruining the space for responsible dog owners which is very frustrating as we know who the perpetrator is. Is there any chance a warden could patrol at around 7-9am to catch this man at all? I’ve tried to speak to him but he gets aggressive.
