I've had problems outside my property with drains for a few weeks now. It's smelling so bad I can't open my windows. When I put recycling out today I noticed the side of my house drains have flooded that little bit of garden which is council owned. Children play here so worry about their safety if it's sewage and the water getting into my house. Hoping to her this resolved so it doesn't become a bigger issue Many thanks. Miss A Saunders
