Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is no soap in toilets as well as no hand sanitizer outside, this is disgusting. I spoke to the guy in tbe cafe and he also said the cleaners are useless. Please fix and keep me updated. I tried all unlocked toilets.
