Two sets of raised tree roots on cycle path

There are two sets of tree roots that have pushed up the cycle/footpath on Whitchurch bike path near grid reference: ST 61468 69176 The raised parts are 75 to 100mm up and are a trip hazard for pedestrians and an accident hazard for cyclists.
