Failure to litter pick

I walked through Colebrook Park this morning while your team were strimming the entrance and perimiters and found that they had uncovered litter from within some of the brambles and looks like also strimmed through some of it. I almost said something but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but have just returned to walk my dog here and all the litter is still here. I work for the parks dept of another council and I'm sure that part of this task is to litter pick as well, especially if it was their works that uncovered the litter. I'm not angry but please could you ensure that your staff clean up after themselves while they're working. Thank you.
