Road sign broken and defaced.

I have today received an email advising me that this issue which was reported on 5.07.2022 Ref number 3651499 has been fixed. It has not. The sign in Parkview Lane is still broken and defaced with obscene grafitti and a sticker, and is still leant up against the fence.
