Brambles out over path caught child

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Saw a child get bramble on hair or t-shirt when walking on inside with adult on outside of pavement. The brambles from the verge on the Aldi side of the railway bridge over Muller Road, so the other side of bridge to 221 Muller Road.
