Dead tree - branches may fall on passers-by

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3717464.

The tree is next door to 16 South Dene on a patch of council grassland next to some council garages. It has been dead for a couple of years and probably needs to be felled
