Trees over-hanging my property

Trees beginning to over hang my property - my flat's car parking spot. Also masses of leaves, polllen and bird excrement on the car due to the overhanging branches. The tree is also starting to lean a bit into the park's fence. It's worth noting that it also crosses the property next door.
