Very uneven surface with large cracks, cant even see pavement once grass cut.

The pavement has been like this for a long while now and is heavily used footpath to cut through from one side of the large estate to the other (chatterton green to lower fallow close). The pavement is so uneven and bumpy I fear someone who is fragile and unsteady on their feet may trip due to the large bumps in the pavement. It also has large cracks and doesn't look to have been maintained in years. With grass growing right on to the pavement its also now very narrow. There are older and disabled residents on both sides of the estates so I do feel like this needs to be addressed some how
