Dangerous illegal motorbikes on tranmere space

There are constant problems with illegal motorbikes being races by kids and parents on tranmere space, a council.owned pice of land backing onto wolfridge gardens. This is a place where people walk their small children and dogs. The police won't respond saying it s a council.issue. the local MP mark weston has also trying to get this resolved buts now 2 years of weekly dangerous use. Its need signage and fines in place to make this officially not allowed. If a person gets injured it will be a council problem for damages.
