Dead cherry tree

Reported via desktop in the Dead tree category anonymously at 13:28, Monday 1 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A very large cherry tree on the central island of Ferndown Close (opposite No. 6) died last year and is now beginning to dessicate and shed branches. The tree was covered with a climbing rose, which has also died and is now dropping long trailing thorn-covered limbs. Several children and dogs play around the island and it has become a potential hazard. In my opinion, the next proper storm we experience will bring the whole thing down and residents believe that it would be very dangerous to nearby properties if that were to happen. The island gets mown regularly by the council, so could someone please investigate and respond? Thank you.
