Hello. I am a local resident and also reported this dangerous pothole to Bristol City Council (BCC) on 1 August 2022 using FixMyStreet and I phoned them. It was fixed on 23 Aug 2022 - and I have seen the now flat pavement with my own eyes. If interested, read my report and my update today here:

Terrible that BCC left it for six months, having had it reported in February and that someone then had broken their ankle - and told BCC that. I wonder how many others there have been :-(
Get mended soon. Nev
