Blocked road. Constuction waste dumped in road, blocking public highway, dangerous to children and animals

Large amount of commercial waste has been dumped in the road, completely blocking vehicle access to public highway. It also includes large and dangerous rubble and broken brick work, as well as broken glass.

Very dangerous to children and animals, and completely blocking the public highway to vehicles. (It's covering over half the width of the road and you cannot pass it without driving over broken rubble and glass)
