Overgrown bushes and trees likely to cause an accident

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The vegetation all along crews hole is overgrown and presents a clear and present danger. I reported this under 3556870 which has been closed without the issue being addressed.

Please can you advise to whom I can send the bill for a replacement wing mirror for my car?
