Trees overgrowing at base restricting footways - tree maintenance, footways and gutters in need of cleaning - vegetation clearing / weed control. Damaging growth of vegetation at property boundaries. Noticeable issue on St Helena Road, Ladysmith Road and Devonshire Road.
