Tree needs a trim

Reported via desktop in the Tree touching building category anonymously at 13:01, Tue 2 August 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3724693.

Hello,

Tree trim: I strongly believe the tree in the photo needs to be cut as it is almost touching the building.

Tree causing damage to pathway: reference 3647300. I previously raised an issue, as we believe the tree roots could be causing damage to the pathway. however the issue was looked at and closed, the message was, "We've investigated this issue and don't think any further action is needed at this time." I'd like to know how this conclusion was reached? could this be looked at again please?
