Lavender bushes obscure RH turn W/L to Apsley Rd

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Lavender bush obscures the view towards oncoming traffic, from a vehicle waiting to turn right into Apsley Rd Any collision caused by not seeing an oncoming vehicle could be deemed the fault of the council. It was reported in 2018 (for Arlington>Apsley) and in 2020 council deemed it NFA. But it is a hazard. Best the council prune or remove it rather than a concerned citizen.
