Enormous area of broken pavement

This enormous area of pavement has been highly damaged for months on end and still hasn't been fixed.

I have to push my buggy with a child in it through it twice a day usually and on multiple occasions one of my children has almost fallen out. There is broken bits of sharp stones and it's really hard to push the buggy over it every time.
